ATS & Synch Panels
Vpower ATS automatic transfer system or AMF system (double power automatic transfer switch)is mainly used for the automatic transfer between the main power and emergency power supply (single stand-by set or double sets). It constitutes the automatic emergency power supply system with the self –starting diesel generator set. Automatically transfer the loads of the emergency lighting, safety power supply, firefighting equipment ect to the generator set in approximately 10 seconds after the main power is cut off. Thus providing the indispensable emergency power backup and fire fighting power supply for hospitals, banks, telecommunications, airports, television stations, hotels and factories end enterprises. It can be used together with our v500 control series to detect the voltage and frequency of the mains. When the commercial power or utility failure occurs (whether the voltage is too low, with phase or total outage etc.), it automatically sends out the starting signal to the set. After start up, when the set is in normal operation, the switch immediately transfer the generator set to supply power. When the commercial power is back, the system delays retransfer to ensure that the commercial power is back to normal then the switch transfer back to commercial power source. The generator set continues to maintain itself in operation for a further 5 to 10 minutes with no load and then automatically shuts down.
The Vpower automatic synchronization system, ASP, is manual or fully automatic parallel systems for gen-to-gen, gen-to-mains or combinations of gen-mains synchronization control system. It can be applied for both low voltage and high voltage for applications in Emergency Standby, Continuous and many other applications.
